Before you skim over this one just because it’s vegan, take a look at the photos of founder Isa’s incredible creations. With a second location in New York City, Modern Love is wildly successful for one reason: delicious food for herbivores and carnivores alike. My fave is the chickpea parm sandwich- and be sure to save room for dessert!
Delicious, authentic soul food is not easy to find in the Midwest- but look no further. This family-owned and operated restaurant offers classic comfort food and the feeling of community. It has been featured on the Food Network (what up, Guy Fieri!!!) and is currently located in the Highlander Accelerator.
Starting as a small bakery and growing into a local roastery with three locations, Hardy Coffee is one of the very best coffee shops in Omaha. The Union for Contemporary Art
With core values like community, justice, and accessibility, The Union was created to use art as a vehicle for inspiring positive social change.
