My City U is all about raising up and equipping leaders and launching them into the destiny and call that God has on their life. Whether it’s in ministry or the marketplace, My City U will challenge, grow, and empower you to be all you’re destined to be.

Program overview

The internship is a 12-month commitment designed primarily for practical ministry experience and leadership development. My City U is made up of three areas of focus that all students will go through. Those are Ministry U, Bible U, and Leadership U. The purpose of the program is to gain valuable ministry experience in a supervised and evaluated setting. Interns who feel called to a specific ministry in the church can request training in that particular area.

Ministry U

Ministry U is the portion of the My City U program consisting of hands-on ministerial experience. This program is for people who are looking to be committed to serve and build a specific area within My City Church as they work directly alongside the ministry leader of that area. You will also participate in the behind the scenes development of all My City Church Annual Events and Conferences.

Ministry U will provide you with a fully immersive experience that will equip you with the necessary ministry principles to lead at a high capacity in ministry and the marketplace.

Bible U

My City U has partnered with C3 College Online to offer an accredited certificate for students interested in seeking accreditation in Bible and Theology. Whether you are starting your college journey or finishing it, Bible U offers you the opportunity to further your education.

Leadership U

Leadership U is designed for anyone inside of My City Church who wants to lead at the unique capacity that our culture requires. Leadership U has been developed by our Executive Pastor, Pastor Adam Deidel, to equip and empower you to lead and operate at a high capacity in ministry and the marketplace.

You will have the opportunity to engage in weekly leadership courses and leadership materials to provide an in-depth understanding of what it looks like to lead Biblically and impactfully, wherever you go.

My city U

What is the length of My City U?
The My City U program is 12 months long.
What does a typical week look like? 
All students are required to be in office on Tuesday's every week. My City U students are there from 8am-4pm and My City U + students are there from 6pm-8:30pm. All My City U students play a role in our Sunday morning services and My City events.
Is MY CITY U accredited?
My City U is accredited through Transworld Accrediting Commission International. Students will receive their Certificate of Ministry after completing two years of the program.
